The Nov. 15 incident marks the third time in as many months that a person has been charged with killing members of their family in Vermont.
Matthew Gomes, accused of murdering parents in Montpelier, enters not guilty plea
According to court documents obtained by NBC5, Gomes called police twice prior to killing his parents. During the second call, Gomes told people "he was going crazy" and "hurt some people."
