Warner Bros. Discovery is making waves again, but this time not with a splashy acquisition or blockbuster show — it’s with a settlement that keeps the NBA in its corner, even after losing the rights to air games.

"Inside the NBA" panelists Charles Barkley, Shaquille O'Neal, Ernie Johnson and Kenny Smith will remain with the show, sources said.

Instead, Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal will move their show to ESPN next season as part of an out-of-court settlement struck between Warner Brothers Discovery (which owns Turner Sports) and the NBA.
